Terms of service

These terms describe the use of ACS Live Streaming, provided by ACS SOLUTIONS CONSULTANCY under the ACS Technology brand. Review these terms and our privacy policy before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Your account and content

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity you authorise. Connect only channels you are authorised to manage. Upload and broadcast only material for which you have the necessary rights and permissions. You retain ownership of your content and authorise us to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the broadcasts you request.

YouTube requirements

This service uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Follow YouTube’s applicable community, copyright and live-streaming requirements. ACS cannot grant channel eligibility, override YouTube restrictions or guarantee API availability.

Plans and payments

The price, duration and usage limits shown in Billing apply to the plan you purchase. Access activates after payment is successfully verified. An account activation alone does not grant a paid streaming plan. Streaming requires an active account and unexpired plan. The current checkout purchases a fixed-duration plan and does not itself establish automatic recurring billing.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are limited to verified duplicate charges or undelivered paid service, subject to applicable law. Unused time, change of mind and stopping a broadcast do not automatically qualify for a refund. See our refund policy for eligibility and review/bank-processing timelines, our cancellation policy for stopping broadcasts and ending service, and our payment and digital delivery policy for activation and renewal details. These policies form part of these terms. Nothing here removes applicable legal rights. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.

Acceptable use and account controls

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, spam, unauthorised access or attempts to disrupt infrastructure. Administrators can suspend customer access for operational or account-management reasons. Under the current account workflow, a verified successful plan payment reactivates customer access. You remain responsible for complying with these terms after activation.

Availability and stopping service

Broadcasts depend on the uploaded file, server resources, network connectivity, payment status and YouTube availability. Interruptions and failures may occur; no uninterrupted broadcast or viewer count is guaranteed. Keep your own copies of source videos. You can stop broadcasts in the dashboard and request account deletion using the contact address below.
