What to include

Use your registered account email and include the relevant order, payment or broadcast ID, a description of the problem and screenshots if helpful. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or UPI PINs.

Our service

We provide digital cloud-streaming access for customers to broadcast their uploaded videos to YouTube. Plans cost ₹30 for 1 day, ₹199 for 7 days and ₹799 for 30 days. No physical products are shipped.

Payment and cancellation questions

Please review the policies below for payment verification, digital delivery, refund eligibility, cancellation steps and processing timelines. Refunds are limited to verified duplicate charges or undelivered paid service, subject to applicable law.
