ACS Live Streaming

Privacy policy

Effective 14 September 2026

This policy explains how the ACS Live Streaming service provided by ACS SOLUTIONS CONSULTANCY under the ACS Technology brand at live.acstechnology.in handles information when you register, connect YouTube, upload videos and purchase streaming access.

Information we collect

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, provide and manage the broadcasts you request, maintain your subscription, process payments, diagnose service failures, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. We use Google and YouTube data only to provide these user-facing streaming features, not for advertising, resale or training general-purpose AI models.

Google and YouTube access

The app uses YouTube API Services. It requests the YouTube permission shown on Google’s consent screen so it can identify your channel and manage your requested live broadcasts. We do not receive your Google password. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers and disclosure

Our hosting infrastructure processes stored account information and uploaded videos. Google and YouTube receive authorisation requests, broadcast metadata and the video stream you choose to broadcast. Razorpay processes payments under its own policies. Authorised administrators may access account and operational records for support and service administration. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Storage and security

The service uses HTTPS, hashed ACS passwords and encrypted YouTube refresh tokens. Session cookies support login and request security. No system can guarantee absolute security. Uploaded source videos remain stored until replaced, deleted or removed as part of account administration; replacing a video requires stopping its active broadcasts first. Account, payment and operational records are retained for service administration and applicable recordkeeping needs.

Your controls and deletion requests

You can stop broadcasts and delete a source video through the dashboard. To request deletion of your ACS account or stored YouTube data, email support@live.acstechnology.in from your registered email address. We may verify account ownership before processing the request and explain any records that must be retained.

You can revoke ACS access at any time through Google’s third-party access settings. Stop active broadcasts before revoking access. Revocation prevents further authorised access; contact us to request removal of data already stored by ACS. Deleting ACS-held data does not delete videos or broadcasts stored by YouTube; manage those through YouTube directly.

Updates and contact

Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For privacy questions, contact ACS Technology at support@live.acstechnology.in.
