ACS Live Streaming

Payment & digital delivery policy

ACS Live Streaming is provided by ACS SOLUTIONS CONSULTANCY under the ACS Technology brand. This policy explains how customers purchase and receive cloud-based YouTube streaming access.

Prices and plan duration

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). The final amount is shown before payment authorisation. Review the price, duration, storage/file limits and streaming limits on the plans section or your billing screen before purchasing. Customer plans include one source video and one running or scheduled broadcast at a time.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed through Razorpay using the payment methods available at checkout. A payment attempt, bank debit or browser success screen alone does not confirm activation: the payment must be successfully captured and verified by our server. Do not share payment credentials with ACS support.

Payment availability is subject to the payment provider's account and website permissions. A declined or pending payment does not grant paid access. You can check order/payment status in your dashboard's billing history.

How access is delivered

This is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped, no delivery address is required for shipping, and no shipping charge applies. Access is activated electronically on the account used for the purchase after successful payment verification, normally within a few minutes. If payment shows successful but access is missing after 30 minutes, email support with your order/payment ID so we can investigate.

A new access period starts after payment verification. If you renew while paid access remains, the purchased duration is added to the remaining paid period. Your expiry time appears in the dashboard. The access clock does not pause while you are offline, not streaming, or waiting for a future scheduled broadcast.

Fixed-duration plans; no automatic renewal

The current checkout purchases a fixed-duration plan. It does not create automatic recurring billing. You choose whether to purchase another plan. Stopping a broadcast or cancelling a schedule does not extend the plan or automatically refund it.

Service prerequisites

Streaming requires an active ACS account, valid paid access, a usable uploaded video and a YouTube channel that you are authorised to manage and that is eligible for live streaming. Broadcast timing also depends on server capacity and YouTube availability. We do not guarantee viewer counts, monetisation or uninterrupted third-party services.

Failed, pending and duplicate transactions

If your bank account is debited but the payment is pending or unsuccessful, check billing history and contact support before retrying. We will verify the transaction with the payment provider. Reversal timing for an uncaptured payment depends on the bank and provider. Verified duplicate charges and undelivered paid service are handled under our refund policy.
