ACS broadcasts an existing video to your YouTube channel as a live stream. Upload a video, connect your channel and start the broadcast from your dashboard. It repeats while the stream is running and your plan remains active.
Do I need to keep my computer switched on?
No. After your upload is complete and the broadcast has started, our cloud worker sends the video to YouTube. You can close your browser and return to the dashboard to check or stop it.
Does ACS create or edit the video for me?
These plans cover streaming a video you already have. Video creation, editing and content licensing are not included. Upload content you own or have permission to broadcast.
Do I have to share my Google password?
No. Connect through Google’s authorisation screen. ACS receives permission to manage the live broadcasts you request and stores an encrypted refresh token. You can revoke access from your Google account.
What videos and quality are supported?
Upload MP4, MOV, MKV or WebM within your plan’s size limit. The service encodes streams to 1080p H.264 video and AAC audio. The final result depends on your source video and YouTube processing.
Can I replace the video or use multiple channels?
Each plan includes one stored source video and one active stream. Stop the current stream before replacing your video. The current account setup connects one YouTube channel.
What happens after payment or when my plan expires?
After a successful payment is verified, your account and selected plan activate. Renewals extend existing unexpired access. When access expires, streaming stops until you purchase another plan. Payments are fixed-duration purchases, not automatic subscriptions.
Will this guarantee views, subscribers or monetisation?
No. Audience growth and monetisation depend on your content, viewers and YouTube’s rules. Your channel must have live streaming enabled and comply with YouTube policies. ACS cannot guarantee reach or revenue.
How can I get help?
Email support@live.acstechnology.in with your registered email and a description of the issue. For a payment question, include the order ID. Never send a password, OTP or stream key.
